安神益智类药膳配方统计分析

摘　　要：对《中国药膳大辞典》中安神益智类药膳方相关资料进行统计分析。结果表明 :药膳方来源于 81种文献 ;中药与食药所占的比例要远远小于食物所占的比例 ,在用药的量上要小于中药方剂所用中药的量 ;具有补气补血作用的中药、食药、食物使用频率较高 ,重镇安神中药的应用频率亦较高 ;其配伍符合中药学和方剂学总的原则和要求 ,对中药、食药、食物相互之间 ,及中药、食药、食物内部之间的相须、相使的配伍关系的应用与方剂学要求基本一致 ;药膳菜肴类型所占的比例最大 ,汤、酒、粥、羹、茶。To analyze the prescriptions of medicated diets for tranquiliing the mind and promoting intelligence coming from The Chinese Medicated Diet Dictionary on the course of the prescriptions. Result: The Statistic showed that: All kinds of prescriptions come from 81 kinds of works. The statistic showed that the proportion of medicine and food-medicine is less than that of food and the dose of drug of the medicated diets for tranquilizing the mind and promoting intelligence was less than the composing prescriptions of Chinese medicine. The medicine of high rate is the tonifying and tranquilizing medicine. Medicated diets still follow the compatible principle of tranquilizing traditional Chinese medicine and use together with the principle of the mutual reinforcement and assistance. On the form of medicated diets, the highest rate was the cooked food, then the soap, the wine, the gruel, the thick soup, the tie and the drinking.
