微创拔牙法与锤凿劈冠法在下颌低位阻生智齿拔除中的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:比较微创拔牙法与锤凿劈冠法在下颌低位阻生智齿拔除中的效果。方法:将269例下颌低位阻生智齿患者随机分为观察组和对照组,其中对照组131例采用锤凿劈冠法,观察组138例采用微创拔牙法。对2组的拔牙时间及术中、术后并发症进行观察和比较。结果:观察组拔牙时间短于对照组(P<0.01),术中、术后并发症较对照组也明显减少(P<0.05～P<0.01)。结论:微创拔牙法拔除下颌低位阻生智齿具有手术时间短及术中、术后并发症少的优点,值得临床广泛应用。Objective ：To compare the clinical effects of the minimally invasive method with hammer chisel crown method in the extraction of mandible impacted wisdom tooth. Methods ： Two hundred and sixty-nine cases with mandibular impacted wisdom tooth were randomly divided into the observation group （ 138 cases） and the control group （ 131 cases ）. The observation and control group were treated with minimally invasive extraction method and hammer chisel crown method, respectively. The operation time, the intraoperative and postoperative complications of two groups were observed and compared. Results ： The operation time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The intraoperative and postoperative complications of the observation group were significantly less than that of the control group （ P 〈 O. 05 to P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions ： The minimally invasive extraction method in the treatment of mandibular impacted wisdom tooth is short operation time and few intraoperative and postoperative complications, which has worth using in clinic.
