摘　　要：为解决浓香型烤烟生产过程中烟叶成熟度欠佳和一致性差等问题,运用管理学原理对烤烟产前、产中、产后3个生产阶段的管理方法进行组合优化,构建了浓香型烤烟成熟度生产管理模式。经示范验证,该生产管理模式可有效提高浓香型烤烟的成熟度,烤后烟叶化学成分更加协调,烟叶的浓香型风格得到彰显,同时提高了上等烟比例和经济效益。浓香烤烟成熟度生产管理模式具有可行性,可进行进一步推广应用。In order to solve the problem of poor maturity and poor consistency on maturity stage of strong aroma style tobacco during the production process, the production management model on maturity stage of strong aroma style tobacco was constructed by combining and optimizing the methods of management on the anti-production, production and post-production with the principles of management. The validation showed that： the production management model can effectively improve the maturity stage of strong aroma style tobacco; the coordination of chemical composition was better; the strong aroma style was obviously improved. The production management model can also improved the average price, percentage of high quality tobacco and economic benefits. The production management model on maturity stage of strong aroma style tobacco was feasible, and it can be further popularized and applied.
