摘 要:为探索光照对蛹虫草无性发育及类胡萝卜素合成的影响,采用不同波长光对营养生长进行处理,考察菌落大小、生物量、分生孢子数量以及类胡萝卜素含量。结果表明,白光和黄光光照处理的蛹虫草菌落直径分别为4.56cm和4.91cm,与黑暗条件下的菌落直径没有显著差异。但这些处理的菌落直径是红光处理菌落直径的0.5倍。黑暗条件下气生菌丝较长呈近絮状,而各种波长光处理的气生菌丝却很短呈毡状。黑暗条件下的菌落生物量与白光、黄光和蓝光相差不大,是红光处理的近3倍。黑暗条件下蛹虫草的分生孢子量为2.36×107CFU/mL,均显著大于各种波长光照处理的分生孢子量。黑暗条件下蛹虫草菌丝体检测不到类胡萝卜素,但光照处理后均能合成类胡萝卜素,尤其是蓝光和白光有利于类胡萝卜素的合成,类胡萝卜素含量分别为725.9、834.2μg/g。说明不同波长光照均影响蛹虫草气生菌丝的形态,红光对基质菌丝径向生长有很强的抑制作用。光照抑制蛹虫草无性分生孢子的形成。次级代谢产物类胡萝卜素的合成必须有光的处理。In order to explore the effect of light on carrot asexual development and pupa cordycepin synthesized, using different wavelengths of light treatment on vegetative growth, on colony size, biomass, the number of the conidia and carotenoid content.The results show that, white light and yellow bare light treatment of Cordyeeps militaris colony diameter were not significant differences in 4.56cm and 4.91cm and dark conditions of the colony diameter.But the colony diameter of these treatment is 0.5 times of red light treatment of the colony diameter.Was nearly flocculent mycelium long aerial dark conditions, and the various wavelengths of light treatment of the aerial mycelium is short a blanket.Under the dark condition colony biomass in white, yellow and blue beams differ not quite, is nearly 3 times of red light treatment.Under the dark condition of Cordyceps militaris conidiophore weight of 2.36x107CFU/mL were significantly higher in various wavelength light treatment conidia volume.Dark conditions of Cordyceps militaris mycelium can not detect the carotenoids, but light treatment can synthesize carotenoids, especially the blue and white is conducive to the synthesis of carotenoids, respectively is 725.9 p,g/g and 834.2 txg/g.These results show that, different wavelengths of light are the effects of Cordyceps militaris aerial mycelium morphology, red light has a strong inhibitory effect on the growth of mycelia radial matrix.Light inhibited the Cordyceps militaris asexual spore formation.The secondary metabolites of carotenoids synthesis must light treatment.
