摘　　要：采取随机抽样的方式,对安徽省阜阳市所辖市、县、区中的2000名新生代农民工进行调查。研究表明,新生代农民工对目前的从业现状普遍满意度较低,对亲情教育的高期望已形成必然趋势。强化在职培训和改善农民工子女的就学条件是提高新生代农民工从业满意度,激励其尽快融入社会的当务之急。Research has been done at random sampling on 2000 new-generation migrant workers in the city,the towns and the districts of Fuyang City of Anhui Province.It is indicated that it is inevitable that the new-generation migrant workers are in lower satisfaction with the current employment and in higher expectation on family education.In order to improve their satisfaction on employment and encourage them to blend in society,it is urgent to consolidate the in-job training and better the condition of their children’s study pursuit.
