摘 要:试验选取420尾青鱼鱼种[初均重(127.42±4.83 g)],随机分成7组,每组3个重复,对照组为基础日粮组,试验组在对照组的基础上添加不同比例的蝇蛆粉(1%、1.8%、2.6%、3.4%、4.2%、5%),试验周期60 d,探讨研究蝇蛆粉对青鱼鱼种非特异性免疫和抗氧化性能的影响。试验结果显示,蝇蛆粉添加量为4.2%时,青鱼鱼种脾脏指数(SBI)最高且较对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05),添加量为5%时青鱼鱼种血清中LZM、C3、C4活性最高且较对照组差异显著(P<0.05),且GOT和GPT活性最低较对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。饲料中添加4.2%的蝇蛆粉,可显著提高青鱼鱼种血清SOD、GPx、CAT活性(P<0.05),当添加5%的蝇蛆粉时,可显著提高鱼种肝胰脏组织中SOD、GPx、CAT、GR活性显著提高(P<0.05),同时血清和肝胰脏组织中MDA含量显著降低。综上所述,饲料中添加4.2%~5%的蝇蛆粉能显著增强青鱼鱼种的非特异性免疫及抗氧化能力。To study effects of maggot meal (MGM) on black carp (Mylopharyngodon piceus) [initial body weight of (127.42±4.83 g)], a total of 420 black carps were randomly divided into seven groups, the control group was fed with basal diet, the other groups were fed with basal diet supplemented with 1%, 1. 8%; 2.6%, 3.4%, 4.2%, 5% dose of MGM, respectively. After rearing a period of 60 d, the non-specific immunity and antioxidative capability of black carp were investigated. The results showed that the SBI were significantly im- proved by adding 4.2% MGM(P〈0.05) and serum LZM, C3, C4 activities were significantly improved by adding 5% MGM compared with control group(P〈0.05), but GOT and GPT activities in serum were decreased by adding 5% MGM(P〉0.05). Black carps fed diet with 4.2% MGM had significant higher activities of SOD, GPx, CAT in serum than control group (P〈0.05). SOD, GPx and CAT activities in hepatopancreas of black carp were significantly improved by adding 5% MGM (P〈0.05), but MDA contents in serum and hepatopancreas of black carp were significantly decreased by adding 5% MGM compared with control group (P〈0.05). The results indicated adding 4.2%-5% MGM could increase the antioxidative capabilitY and non-specific immunity of black carp.
