葵花盘片治疗经典三叉神经痛的初步疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨葵花盘片治疗经典三叉神经痛(TTN)的临床疗效。方法选择2004年1月-2012年11月在该院及其他正规医院门诊就诊的TTN患者71例,随机分为葵花盘片组(31例)和卡马西平片组(40例)进行治疗。采用视觉模拟标尺(VAS)法评估其疼痛程度,明确该两组患者治疗4周后疼痛程度的改变,并且观察其不良反应。结果葵花盘片组在疗程后显效12例,有效8例,无效11例,显效率为38.71%,总有效率为64.52%;卡马西平片组在疗程后显效25例,有效5例,无效10例,显效率为62.50%,总有效率为75.00%。葵花盘片组和卡马西平片组治疗TTN的总有效率差异无显著性(P>0.05),卡马西平片组治疗TTN的显效率显著高于葵花盘片组(P<0.05),但葵花盘片组治疗TTN的不良反应明显低于卡马西平片组(P<0.05)。结论葵花盘片治疗TTN安全、有效,不良反应少,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of sunflower disc tablet on typal trigeminal neuralgia（Tl＇N）. Methods A total of 71 cases of TI＇N patients chosen from January 2004 to November 2012 in outpatient clinic of our hospital and the other hospitals were randomly assigned into sunflower disc group and carbamazepine tablet group for treatment. The visual analog scale （VAS） method was used to evaluate the extent of pain. The change in pain was clear about the two groups after treatment of 4 weeks, and we observed its ad- verse reaction. Results Of sunflower disc tablet group 12 cases markedly improved after treatment, effective 8 cases and ineffective 11 cases. The significant efficiency was 38.71%. The total effective rate was 64.52%. Of carbamazepine tablet group 25 cases markedly improved after treatment, effective 5 cases and ineffective 10 cases. The significant efficiency is 62.50%. The total effective rate was 75.00%. The total effective rate was not significantly different in treatment of TI＇N （ P 〉 0.05 ） between sunflower disc tablet group and earbamazepine tablet group. Carbamazepine tablet group had significant efficiency markedly higher for treatment of TrN than sunflower disc tablet group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. But sunflower disc tablet group had adverse reaction obviously lower for treatment of TI＇N than earbamazepine tablet group（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Sunflower disc tablet is safe, effective which produces less adverse reaction for treatment of TTN. It is worth of clinical application.
