胰腺癌组织中热休克蛋白90α的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨胰腺癌组织中热休克蛋白(HSP90α)表达水平及临床意义,旨在探讨HSP90α在胰腺癌发生、发展中的作用机制。方法采用Elivsion免疫组织化学法检测40例胰腺癌和32例胰腺炎组织及30例癌旁组织标本中HSP90α蛋白的阳性表达情况,并分析40例胰腺癌组织的临床病理特征。结果胰腺癌、胰腺炎和癌旁组织中HSP90α蛋白的阳性表达率分别为70.0%、28.0%、16.7%,胰腺癌组织中HSP90α蛋白的阳性表达率明显高于胰腺炎组织及癌旁组织(P<0.01)。胰腺癌组织中HSP90α蛋白表达与胰腺癌患者的TNM分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移以及是否远处转移有关(P<0.05),而与胰腺癌患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、肿瘤部位、CA199无关(P>0.05)。结论 HSP90α参与了胰腺癌的发生、发展过程,其表达与胰腺癌的浸润、转移等恶性生物学行为关系密切,可作为判断胰腺癌预后的指标之一。Objective To investigate the expression level and clinical significance of HSP90α expression in the pancreatic cancer tissue,and to explore the action mechanism of HSP90 α in pancreatic cancer′ s development.Methods Detected the positive expression of HSP90α protein in 40 cases of pancreatic cancer and 32 cases of pancreatitis tissues and 30 cases of adjacent tissue specimens by Elivsion immunohistochemical method,and analyzed the clinical and pathological features of 40 cases pancreatic cancer.Results The HSP90α protein′s positive expression rates in the pancreatic cancer,pancreatitis and paracancerous organizations protein were 70.0%,28.0%,16.7% respectively,the HSP90α protein′ s positive expression rate in the pancreatic cancer tissue was significantly higher than pancreatitis tissue and cancer adjacent tissues（P 0.01）.The HSP90α protein expression in patients with pancreatic cancer was related with TNM staging,differentiation degree,lymph node metastasis,and whether distant metastasis,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）,and the HSP90α protein expression had no relationship with age,sex,tumor size,tumor location,CA199,the difference had no significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion HSP90α involved in the occurrence of pancreatic cancer is closely related to the development process,its expression is closely related with pancreatic cancer invasion,metastasis and malignant behavior,and it can be used as an indicator of judgment pancreatic cancer prognosis.
