摘 要:由于教育行政部门和学校在优秀教师的评定和管理上的失误,以及教师自身专业认识上的偏差,优秀教师往往在"优后"出现专业发展停滞不前的"固化"现象。为此,相关部门应该采取切实有效的措施加强对优秀教师的管理和激励,而优秀教师也应不断提升自我发展的意识和能力,通过"内激外引"促进教师"优后"专业有更大的发展。As the errors of administrative departments of education and schools in the excellent teachers" evaluation and management, and the teachers" own deviation on professional understanding, excellent teachers often encounter stagnant even degradation after they obtaining their best level. And the relevant departments should take effective measures to strengthen management and motivation of the excellent teachers, in the meantime excellent teachers should improve themselves, that is to say, the measures of inside direction & external motivation may help promote the excellent teachers to have greater development after their peak level.
