摘 要:采用改进的线性组合算符和幺正变换相结合的方法,本文导出了三角量子阱中弱耦合束缚极化子的有效质量,讨论了束缚极化子的有效质量随电-声子耦合常数和极化子速度的变化.通过对GaAs材料的数值计算结果表明:因为电-声子耦合作用和Rashba效应的存在,作者发现弱耦合束缚极化子的有效质量由几部分组成,而且弱耦合束缚极化子的有效质量随极化子电-声子耦合常数和极化子速度都发生了分裂.On the basis of Huybrechts' weakly-coupling polaron model, the Tokuda modified linear-combination operator method and the unitary transformation method were used to study the properties of the weakly-coupling bound polaron considering an influence of Rashba effect, which is brought about by the spin-orbit(SO) interaction, in an semiconductor triangular quantum well(TQW). Numerical calculation on the GaAs triangular quantum well, as example, is performed. The expressions for the effective mass of the polaron as a function of the velocity and the coupling constant were derived. Numerical results show that the total effective mass of the polaron is composed of two parts. The interactions between the orbit and the spin with different direction have different effects on the effective mass of the polaron.
