摘　　要：从"明晰成本、实时跟踪、优化控制"这一核心目标出发,基于对黄金矿山成本的全面系统总结,构建了黄金矿山矿石生产成本精细化管理系统,解决了黄金矿山矿石成本管理中在时间上的实时动态化、在空间上的成本核算单元精细化等问题,有助于企业实时掌控成本耗费、精确分析成本差异、优化调整成本管理措施。所搭建的管理系统、构建的关键模型、形成的实施方案在金属地下矿山具有通用性,可为其他类似矿山提供借鉴。For the core purpose of ＂clear cost,real-time tracking,optimal control＂ ,and based on a comprehensive and systematic summary of the gold mine cost, the management system of accurate ore costing for gold ores is built. Such issues as actual-time dynamism in terms of time and refinement on cost calculation units in terms of space etc. of Gold Mine are solved, which help mining enterprises to master costs consumption, to accurately analyze cost difference and to optimize and adjust cost management measures. The management system, key models and treatment solutions proposed can be commonly used in metal underground mines ,which can serve as a reference for other similar mines.
