高职毕业生自主创业的关键因素研究

摘　　要：以河北省高职毕业生为例,运用粗糙集理论识别了自主创业的9个关键因素,即性别、家庭价值观、社会舆论、政策落实情况、家庭主要社会关系、创业教育、创业经验积累、风险偏好和就业满意度,并据此构建了高职毕业生自主创业关键因素的三螺旋模型,这一模型包括社会因素、家庭因素和个人因素3个能极。依据这一研究结果,政府、高职院校和高职毕业生个人需要共同努力,提高自主创业能力。Taking higher vocational college graduates in Hebei province as the case,the paper constructed the triple helix model of key factors influencing self-enterprising of higher vocational school graduates by identifying the nine entrepreneurial key factors including gender,family values,social public opinion,policy implementation,family main social relations,entrepreneurial education,entrepreneurial experience,risk preferences and employment satisfaction using rough set theory,and the model includes three factors of society,family and individual.According to the results,the government,higher vocational colleges and their graduates should make common efforts to enhance graduates' self-enterprising abilities.
