56颗年轻恒前牙断冠再接的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察年轻恒前牙断冠后自体再接的临床疗效。方法对外伤冠折断片保留完整的56例恒前牙冠折患者,运用One-coat粘接剂和3M公司的纳米光固化复合树脂使自体断冠复位再接,进行3年的临床回顾性观察。结果术后1年成功率98%,2年为95%,3年为90%。结论自体牙断冠再接术对于年轻恒前牙冠折是一种有效的暂时修复法。fracture. Objective To observe the clinical effect of reattachment of young permanent incisors with crown Methods Fifty- six traumatic intact segments of permanent incisors with crown fracture were treated by reattachment with One- coat agent and 3M Comppany＇s nano - light- cured composite resin. It was a 3 - year retrospective clinical observation. Results The retention rate was 98% during one year after operation, 95% in two years and 90% in three years. Conclusion Reattachment of a fragment by itself to the remaining tooth is the preferred method.
