资源企业对外直接投资逆向技术溢出效应实证研究

摘　　要：以全球资源竞争为背景,选取2003～2010年中国资源型企业对外直接投资及相关季度数据,以道格拉斯生产函数的修正形式为基础,采用Johansen协整的方法,对中国资源型企业的对外直接投资的逆向技术溢出效应进行实证研究。研究结果表明,中国资源型企业对外直接投资的逆向技术溢出效应非常小,中国资源型企业的对外直接投资还处于粗放式资源争夺阶段,无法有效吸收国际先进技术,根本原因在于中国的人力资本吸收能力弱以及投机套利机制的广泛存在。This article is set in global resource competition, selects 2003-2010 monthly data of outward FDI of Chinese resource-based enterprises, and it is based on modified expressions of Cobb-Douglas production function. It applies Johansen co-integration test to study the reverse technology spillover effects of outward FDI of Chinese resource-based enterprises. The research results testify that the reverse technology spillover effects of FD! of Chinese resource-based enterprises are very week and outward FDI of Chinese resource-based enterprises is at the stage of extensive resource contention. It can＇t assimilate the international advance technology effectively.
