摘　　要：王骥德是晚明重要的戏曲理论家,他对"南戏之祖"《琵琶记》的批评涉及命意戏曲语言以及审美效果等方面,对中国古典戏曲史上若干重大命题如"风化"、"本色"、"动人"等都有所阐发,具有很高的理论价值。Wang Ji-de was an important classical drama criticizer of late Ming dynasty. Pipa was the renowned ＂ancestor of southern plays＂. His criticisms on Pipa involved ideas, languages and aesthetic effects, ere, and many important propositions in history of Chinese classical dramatic theory such as ＂Feug-hua＂ （morals and manners）, ＂Ben-se＂ （true inherent qualities） and ＂Dong-ren＂ （moving and affecting） were explicated in his criticism that had a great theoretical value.
