摘 要:输电导线等值覆冰厚度的准确测量,对于冰灾防御工作具有重要意义,但是目前还缺少一种能在远距离方便准确地测量输电导线等值覆冰厚度的方法。为此,从导线的基本方程出发推导了导线温度、弧垂与导线等值覆冰厚度的关系式,提出了通过确定导线工作温度和测量弧垂来计算导线等值覆冰厚度的方法,并推导分析了覆冰导线工作温度确定和导线弧垂测量的方法。通过分析导线温度对等值覆冰厚度测量准确度的影响,发现温度变化对于准确测量影响较小乃至基本可以忽略,故取覆冰导线温度区间的中间值-3°C为导线的近似工作温度;而对于导线弧垂的测量,借助于激光测高测距望远镜进行了测量,并推导出了实际测量值与导线弧垂的计算式。该等值覆冰厚度测量方法原理简单,操作方便,适用于人工巡查线路时,辅助人工在远距离方便准确地实现等值覆冰厚度的测量。The accurate measurement of the transmission line’s equivalent ice covered thickness has an important significance to the defense against the ice storm,but no convenient and accurate method can measure equivalent ice thickness of transmission line.Therefore,according to the basic equation of the wire,we derived the relationship between equivalent ice thickness of conductor,conductor temperature,and the sag,put forward a method that the equivalent ice thickness could be calculated by determining the temperature and the sag of conductor,and analyzed the determination of conductor temperature and method of sag measurement.By analyzing the impact of conductor temperature on the measurement accuracy of equivalent ice covered thickness,we found that the impact was small and even could be ignored,when the conductor temperature changed.Therefore,we took the ice cover conductor temperature range of intermediate values of-3°C as conductor approximate operating temperature,adopted the laser altimeter ranging telescope to measure conductor sag,and derived the equation of the actual measurement values and conductor sag.The equivalents ice covered thickness measurement method is simple,easy to operate and suitable for auxiliary staff to achieve fast and accurate measurement of the ice thickness.
