产学研合作中高校知识创新能力提升的动态模型构建研究——基于知识转移视角

摘　　要：知识创新能力是当今高校实力的集中体现,提升高校知识创新能力是应对国际竞争、推进国家建设以及实现高校发展的迫切需要。从知识转移视角分析产学研合作中的高校知识创新能力,通过知识转移与高校知识创新能力提升机理分析高校知识创新能力提升的动态过程,借鉴柯布—道格拉斯生产函数构建高校知识创新能力提升的动态模型,根据模型参数变化提出促进产学研合作中高校知识创新能力提升的策略。Knowledge innovation capability is the concentrated expression of the strength of todayg university. To enhance the knowledge innovation capacity of universities is the urgent need to respond to international competition in promoting na- tional building to achieve the development of the university. The study analyzes the university knowledge innovation capabil- ity in the university -industry - cooperation from the knowledge transfer perspective. It also analyzes the dynamic process to promote universityg knowledge innovation capacity. By learning from the Cobb - Douglas production function, it builds a dynamic model of the promotion of university knowledge innovation capacity. The paper puts forward strategies of promo- ting universityg knowledge innovation capacity in the univdrsity - industry - cooperation according to model changes of pa- rameters.
