摘　　要：针对天津海洋循环产业的发展,从技术路线图的角度对海洋循环产业链进行分析,为产业链的延伸和循环作出了先进科学的指导方法。认为应通过技术路线图的实施来实现技术、资源、市场的科学配置,并提出相应建议。By introducing the technology roadmap for industry of Tianjin ocean circulation, the paper analyzes the ocean circulation industry chain from the perspective of technology roadmap and gets the advanced scientific methods to guide the extension of industrial chain and cycle. It is thought to implement the scientific and rational allocation of the technology, re- sources and markets through the technical implementation of the roadmap to make recommendations accordingly.
