摘 要:目的:探讨针刺对哮喘大鼠肺组织中pan-Ras、c-fos蛋白表达的影响。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、针刺组,采用HE染色法、免疫组化法观察大鼠肺组织病理变化及pan-Ras、c-fos蛋白的表达程度。结果:针刺组大鼠肺组织病理改变较模型组减轻但较空白组重,针刺组大鼠肺组织pan-Ras、c-fos蛋白表达(AOD值)低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺能明显抑制pan-Ras、c-fos蛋白的表达,其作用机制可能与抑制Ras-MAPK途径的激活有关。Objective:To observe the effects of acupuncture on pan-Ras,c-fos protein expression in the lung tissues of asthmatic rats. Methods:Thirty SPF grade male rats were randomly divided into blank group,asthmatic model group and acupuncture group by random, 10 rats in each group. Asthma rat model was established by ovalbumin sensitized and challenged. Light microscope was used to observe the effects of acupuncture on pan-Ras,c-fos expression with HE staining and immunohistochemistry method. Results:HE staining of rat lung indicated that the pathological changes of acupuncture group were slight than asthmatic model group,but were worse than those of blank group. Immunohistochemistry showed that the protein expression of pan-Ras,c-fos (AOD) ih lung tissue in acupuncture group were lower than that in the asthmatic model group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Acupuncture can effectively decrease the pan-Ras, c-fos protein quantity of lung tissues,and the mechanism perhaps is related to Ras-MAPK which plays an important role in the regulation of transferred signals between intracellular and extracellular that by stimulated by acupuncture.
