摘　　要：话语方式的改革开放是改革开放的重要组成部分。经过30多年改革开放的伟大实践,人民生活水平得到极大提高,总体上说实现了小康社会的战略目标。与中国的经济影响力相比,我们的文化影响力尚显不足,其中一个重要的障碍就是,我们的文化传统和政治运作方式所积累和形成的特殊的话语方式,使我们文化和观念传播的效果不强。改革开放初期,真理标准的大讨论,解放了人们的思想,改变了文革式的"左"的话语方式,从而开启了伟大的改革开放进程;现在,在经济全球化和中国重新回到世界舞台的中心地带的大背景下,中国改革开放进入深水区,进入攻坚克难的新阶段,也需要进行一次新的思想解放,进一步改变已经不适应时代需要的话语方式,改进我们的文风和话风。The change in discourse style is an important part of our reform and opening-up.People's living standards have greatly improved and the strategic goal of building a well-off society has been achieved on the whole after 30 years of reform and opening-up.However,our cultural impact is pale comparing with economic impact.One of the important obstacles is our discourse manner which is formed on the basis of our cultural tradition and political operation,making the dissemination of our culture and concepts ineffective. The grand debate on the criterion of truth liberated people's mind and changed their discourse manner,and thus people could embark on the reform and opening-up.Nowadays,under the background of economic globalization and China's returning to the center of world stage,the reform has been facing a new challenge and calls for a new mind-liberation campaign to change the unsuitable discourse manner.
