摘  要:大学生带薪实习已成为推进大学生社会实践教育、提升大学生参与社会实践能力,为用人单位发现与培养人才提供重要渠道和平台的一项重要活动。通过近几年的实践探索,这一活动在促进大学生进一步了解社会认识国情、增长才干奉献社会、锻炼毅力培养品格等方面发挥了积极作用,但仍存在一些制约活动开展、限制活动效果的问题,如:重要性认识不充分,举措少经费投入不足;岗位类别单一,难以有效提升学生社会实践能力;过程管理缺位,学生在岗实习缺乏有效指导等。因此,要进一步提高认识,加强投入,保障带薪实习的有效开展;创新举措,增加更多的岗位接纳带薪实习的学生;统筹实习岗位,加强学校与用人单位的有效沟通;提高校内指导教师的专业素质,加强实习指导。The paid internship of college students has been an important activity for promoting their social practice education and application skills, and it provides the employers with channel and platform of finding and cultivating the talents. Based on the practice of these years, this activity has played an active role in knowing society, develo- ping capacities and training willpower. But there exists some problems that restrict its development and effects, such as lack of full acquaintances of importance and outlays, singleness of practical posts that cannot promote students' social practice abilities effectively, absence of course management, and so on. Hence, this paper pres- ents some countermeasures : raise awareness and increase investment to ensure the effective development of paid internship; innovate measures and offer more practical posts for college students; plan the internship posts and enhance the communication between schools and employers; improve school teachers' specialty qualities and en exercitation instruction. strength
