摘 要:随着市场经济飞速发展,ERP实施管理所涉及的面更广、难度更大、周期更长。而我国目前尚未建立一套健全、科学、系统、规范而有效的ERP项目管理体系和运作机制,难以对整个ERP应用过程及各环节起到科学、有效的规划、控制、监督和保障作用,因此实施ERP项目具有较高的风险性。而很多企业在对实施ERP项目的风险内容缺乏了解及对风险重视程度不够的情况下,直接导致了ERP项目实施的失败。本文研究的目的是想通过对实施ERP项目中个体单因素和总体多因素分别作模糊评价和综合评价,建立ERP实施管理体系模糊综合评价的数学模型,从而为企业实施ERP项目的风险管理提供参考依据。With the rapid development of market economy,the implementation of ERP management relates to the broader,more difficult,longer period.While China has not yet established a set of perfect,scientific,systematic,standardized and effective ERP project management system and operation mechanism,and there is difficulty with the whole ERP application process and every link to scientific,effective planning,control,supervision and protection function.So implementation of ERP project faces high risks.And a lot of enterprises to implement ERP project risk content lack of understanding.If implement ERP project risk degree is not enough,it will lead the ERP project implementation failure directly.The purpose of this study is to through the implementation of ERP project in individual single factor and multi-factor fuzzy evaluation respectively do overall and comprehensive evaluation,establish the mathematical model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for the implementation of ERP management system.Thus it will provide references to the implemention of ERP project risk management for enterprise.
