摘　　要：目的了解不同专业大学生健康危险行为现状,为制定相关行为干预策略提供科学依据。方法分层整群随机抽取南京市5所高校不同专业大学生共3 183名,进行自填式匿名问卷调查。结果健康危险行为在大学生中普遍存在。理工科专业大学生饮酒、过量饮酒、登录色情网站、阅读色情杂志、观看色情影碟行为的报告率较高(P值均<0.01),艺术专业大学生吸烟、网络成瘾行为的报告率较高(P值均<0.01),艺术专业、文科专业大学生共用牙刷、纹身隆鼻美容手术行为报告率较高(P值均<0.01);在有过性行为的大学生中,32.7%有多个性伴,69.3%的大学生性行为时不是每次使用安全套。结论应重视大学生的健康危险行为现状,针对不同专业大学生健康危险行为的薄弱环节开展行为干预工作。Objective To understand the prevalence of health risk behaviors among college students with different majors in Nanjing, and to provide evidence for developing intervention strategies. Methods By using cluster multistage sampling, a total of 3 183 students with different majors from five universities in Nanjing were recruited. An anonymous self-administered question- naire was used to collect data. Results Health risk behaviors among college students were very common. College students majo- ring in Science and Engineering reported to have higher risk of drinking, excessive drinking, visiting pornographic movies, reading pornographic books and watching poru videos（ P〈0.01 ）. Students majoring in Art had higher risk of cigarette smoking and internet addiction（ P〈0.01） , and students majoring in Art and Literal Art had higher risk of sharing toothbrushes, cosmetic surgery（ P〈 0.01 ）. Among those students who had sex experiences, 32.7% of whom had more than one sexual partner and 69.3% of whom had not consistent condom use. Conclusion More attention should be paid to health risk behaviors in college students. Specific be- havioral interventions should be implemented according to college students with different major.
