摘  要:目的了解大学生自伤行为与其心理因素和父母养育方式的关系,为大学生自伤行为的干预和预防提供依据。方法方便抽取北京市2所大学在校学生794名,调查过去1 a内自伤行为的发生率和频率,同时测量自尊、自我挫败感、抑郁症状、边缘性人格障碍症状、无效家庭环境及父母教养方式,探讨自伤行为的影响因素。结果有11.8%的大学生在过去1 a中有过1次或以上自伤行为,男生发生率(15.3%)高于女生(8.7%)。多因素Logistic回归分析表明,父母亲惩罚、严厉的教养方式是自伤的危险因素(β男=3.42,P=0.025;β女=2.33,P=0.001),而情感温暖、理解的教养方式是自伤行为的保护因素(β男=-2.10,P=0.002;女生:β女=-1.60,P=0.045)。结论自伤行为在大学生中较为普遍,家庭教养方式对自伤行为有重要影响。应研究以家庭辅导为主的干预和预防策略。Objective To examine epidemiology of non-suicidal self-injury among college students and possible relation- ships with psychological traits and parental style. Methods Seven hundred and ninety-four students from two colleges in Beijing were selected and were examined on occurrence and frequency of five types of non-suicidal self-injury during the past year. Self-es- teem, self frustration, depressive symptom ~ borderline personality disorder symptoms, invalid family environment, parental style was assessed. Results About 11.8% of the participants reported one or more times self-injury during the past year, with males ( 15.3% ) being more likely than females ( 8.7% ). Multiple logistic regression analyses suggested that the parenting style of pun- ishment and sternness was the risk factor for self-injury ( Males :β= 3.42, P = 0.025 ; Females :β = 2.33, P = 0. 001 ) , while the par- enting style of emotional warmth and understanding was the protective factor ( Males :β= -2.10, P = 0.002 ; Females :β = - 1.60, P = 0. 045 ). Condusion Non-suicidal self-injury is prevalent among college students. Parenting style has a significant impact on the engagement in self-injury. suggesting that prevention and intervention strategies should focus on family counseling.
