摘　　要：独立学院学生管理,涉及学生对自身发展、团队建设、制度创新等多方面的要求。本文通过探索学生管理模式,进一步发挥学生骨干在学校管理中的能动作用,以达到"描点连线,绘线成面"的效果,而教育工作者须从身教、言传、规范等途径全力推进学生的综合发展。Independent college students desire self development, group construction and institutional innovation to acquire genuine knowledge and to enrich their life. Example is better than pre- cept, this paper carries out initial exploration in the students ad- ministration style, in order to help backbones of the students ful- fill their potential to participate in class administration. Through such an analysis this thesis will hopefully provide a theoretical and preliminary practical basis for the independent college stu- dent administration.
