摘 要:针对鞍钢某厂板坯内部的质量缺陷问题,在二冷配水制度水量控制环节引入混沌粒子群算法,对不同钢种、拉速等工艺条件下的配水量实施优化,并建立了新的配水制度。实验证明,优化后的算法性能有大幅度的提高,在低倍质量检测中,中心裂纹、中心疏松、缩孔等缺陷下降趋势明显,铸坯质量得到有效改善。To solve the problems of the slab's internal quality defects in a factory of Anshan Iron and Steel, the chaotic particle swarm algorithm was used for the control of the water distribution in secondary cooling zones to optimize the water allocation under the conditions of the different kinds of steel and casting speeds; and a new water distribution system was established. Experimental results show that the optimized algorithm is better than the original algorithm in efficiency and quality; there is a very obvious downward trend in the quality testing to the defects such as center crack, center porosity and shrinkage cavity, the slab quality improves effectively.
