S180肉瘤压迫小鼠坐骨神经癌痛模型的建立

摘　　要：目的:建立S180肉瘤压迫小鼠坐骨神经癌痛模型。方法 :实验将小鼠分为空白组、对照组、模型组。空白组不做处理,对照组给予等量生理盐水,模型组予坐骨神经肌肉丛中注射每只含有S180细胞2×106个/0.2 mL。各组分别在造模后第1、3、5、7、9、11、13、15、17天用鼠尾压痛法测量小鼠痛阈值。结果 :通过鼠尾压痛实验发现,在造模后第9天,对照组与模型组比较P<0.05。结论 :从疼痛行为学研究表明,于造模后第9天,S180肉瘤压迫坐骨神经癌痛模型复制成功。Objective： To establish the S180 sarcoma oppression mice sciatic nerve cancer pain model. Methods ： The experimental mice were divided into blank group, control group, model group.The blank control group was without treatment.The control group received normal saline, model group.The sciatic nerve muscle plexus was given injection containing S180 cell 2 × 106/0.2 mL for each mouse.Groups were observed at first, 3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17 clays with mice tail flick method, measuring the mice pain threshold. Results： By the mice tail tenderness experiments 9 days after modeling, the control group had significant difference when compared with model group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion ： From the pain behavior studies, on the ninth day after modeling, S180 sarcoma of the oppression of the sciatic nerve pain model was successfully reproduced.
