摘　　要：概述糖尿病(DM)免疫损伤研究现状,总结归纳不同免疫损伤与并发症之间的相关性,指出当前研究的不足并对未来研究方向做出展望。通过查阅文献总结近5年DM免疫损伤的临床研究,结果表明DM患者在不同程度上存在免疫损伤,损伤涉及细胞免疫、体液免疫、红细胞(RBC)免疫及其他免疫损伤参数的异常。细胞免疫与体液免疫异普遍存在异常,而RBC免疫异常主要发生于DN,树突状细胞(DCS)、血小板(PLT)、内皮细胞(EC)、低密度脂蛋白免疫复合物(LDL-ICs)、腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)等主要与DM大/微血管病变有关,容易进一步引起心、脑、肾等脏器的急慢性并发症。故进行DM免疫损伤研究对临床诊断和防治DM及相关并发症有重要的指导意义。The research status on diabetes mellitus （ DM ）immune damage was reviewed to summarize the correlation between different immune injury and complications, and it pointed out that the lack of current research and future research directions to make outlook. Literature about DM immune injury in past five years was summarized, and the results showed that the DM patients exist in varying degrees of immune injury, involving cellular immunity, humoral immunity, abnormal red blood cells （ RBC ~ immune and other immune injury parameters. Cellular immunity and humoral immunity are commonly abnormal and abnormal RBC immune abnormalities mainly occurs in DN, dendritic cells （ DCS ）, platelets （ PLT ）, endothelial cells （ EC ）, low density lipoprotein immune complexes （ LDL-ICs ）, adenosine＇ deaminase （ ADA ）, DM/ microvascular disease, and can easily lead to further acute and chronic complications of the heart, brain, kidney and other organs. Therefore, DM immune damage has important guiding significance for clinical diagnosis and prevention of DM and related complications.
