摘 要:目的建立干灰化法消解样品、氢化物原子荧光光度法测定化妆品中锑的方法。方法采用正交试验确定干灰化法的样品前处理条件,再用氢化物原子荧光光度法测定样品中锑的含量。结果经试验研究最终的干灰化法样品处理条件为:氧化镁0.5 g、六水硝酸镁0.5 ml、灰化温度450℃、灰化时间4 h。该方法检出限为0.14μg/L;标准曲线的线性范围为2~20μg/L,相关系数≥0.999 2;平均回收率为83.8%~113.0%,相对标准偏差为2.1%~8.3%。结论该方法精密度好,准确度高,适用于化妆品中锑的日常测定。Objective To develop a dry ashing digestion- hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry determination method for the determination of antimony in cosmetics. Methods Dry ashing of sample preparation conditions were derived by orthogonal experiment,then antimony was determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results The detection limit was 0.14 μg/L and the linear ranges of the calibration curves for antimony was 2-20 μg/L. The correlation coefficients of the standard eurves were more than 0.999 2. The average recoveries at the concentrations studied were in the range from 83.8% to 113.0%. Relative standard deviations were from 2.1% to 8.3%. Conclusion This method has higher precision and accuracy, and can be used for the determination of antimony in cosmetics.
