摘 要:研究目的:此次研究旨在分析青海省2000-2008年期间城镇建设用地的变化规律及影响其变化的主要驱动力。研究方法:采用变化过程定量分析法及驱动力相关性分析法。研究结果:在研究期间内,青海省城镇建设用地面积和其所占居民点及工矿用地面积的比例都在增加;建制镇建设用地占用土地的面积要多于城市建设用地占用土地的面积;新增城镇建设用地以流向工矿仓储用地和住宅用地为主;各相关社会经济因子与建设用地之间的相关性程度,其中相关性最高的是城镇化率、第二产业从业人员、固定资产投入。研究结论:青海省城镇建设用地的变化规律和主要驱动力为青海省城镇建设用地的需求分析及结构调整奠定了基础。The purpose of this paper is to research the urban construction land of Qinghai Province from 2000 to 2008,and then find the changing discipline and the main driving factors which led to the changes.The quantified analysis of change process method and relativity analysis of driving force method were used.The results indicate that the scale of urban construction land of Qinghai province as well as the rate in residential and industrial-mining land had continually increased during the research period;The town's scale was more than the city's scale;The increased scale during the research period shifted mainly to industrial-mining land and residential land;The urbanization ratio and the employees number of secondary industry as well as the investment of fixed assets were the most relative factors among the relevant social-economic factors and construction land.Based the results,we can draw the conclusion that the research about changing discipline and main driving force of urban and town construction land laid the foundation for demand analysis and structure adjustment of it.
