角膜的结膜瓣遮盖术实验研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨碘酊烧灼联合机械刮除角膜上皮行角膜全结膜遮盖手术的效果。方法　对实验组 2 0只纯种新西兰大耳白兔分组进行单纯机械刮除角膜上皮 (单纯法 )及碘酊烧灼联合机械刮除角膜上皮 (综合法 )角膜全结膜瓣遮盖术。结果　单纯法 10只眼 ,3眼结膜与角膜愈着 ,手术成功 ,7眼未成功。综合法 10眼 ,8眼手术成功 ,2眼未成功。 2组成功率有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论　综合法能更有效的毁损角膜上皮及角膜干细胞 ,提高手术成功率。Objective To explore the operative effect of entire conjunctival flap covering cornea. Methods Twenty rabbits were divided into two groups. 10 rabbits were performed with the entire conjunctival flap covering cornea with simply mechanical curettage of cornea epithelia, others were applied iodine burning combined with mechanical curettage of cornea epithelia.Results Three eyes healed successfully in 10 experimental eyes conducted simply mechanical curettage of cornea and 8 eyes healed successfully in other 10 experimental eyes applied iodine burning combined with mechanical curettage. There present obvious different rate on healing of conjunctival flap with cornea in 2 groups. The healing rates between the two groups were obviously different( P <0.05).Conclusion Iodine burning combined with mechanical curettage is more effective to damage cornea epithelia and cornea stem cell and can improve the healing rate of cornea with conjunctival flap.
