新型城市化下广州零售连锁业转型升级研究

摘　　要：2011年,广州市委、市政府作出了推进新型城市化发展的重要决策,并提出了建设国际商贸中心城市的具体目标,把零售连锁业的转型发展,作为国际商贸中心城市建设的重要一环。本文首先指出了零售连锁业对新兴城市化发展的重要助推作用;随后,从经营模式、规模扩张、销售增长、企业规模、商业指数、行业布局、商业层次、电商发展八个方面分析了当前广州市零售连锁业存在的问题;最后,从转变经营方式、创新商业模式、扩大企业规模、拓展融资渠道、科学合理规划、提升商业层次、发展电子商务、推动多元发展八个方面提出了广州市零售连锁业转型发展的对策。In 2011, Guangzhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government made an important decision for promoting the development of new urbanization, and introduced the concrete target of constructing the international trade central city by taking the transformational development of retail chains as an important part of the construction of the international trade central city. At first, this paper points out the important role of retail chains in emerging urbanization, and from the points of business model, scale expansion, sales growth, business scale, business index, industry layout, business level and e-business development, analyzes the problems existing in the current retail chains in Guangzhou. Finally, it puts forward some countermeasures of transforming the operation mode, innovating the business model, expanding the business scales, exploring the financing channels, making a scientific and reasonable planning, improving business levels, developing e-commerce and promoting diversified development for the development of retail chains in Guangzhou.
