摘 要:目的探讨Wnt-11及其受体在宫颈癌组织中的表达情况与宫颈癌各临床特征之间的关系。方法 2009年至2010年在我院收集43例宫颈癌组织、15例宫颈内瘤变组织、27例宫颈正常组织,用免疫组化及实时定量PCR方法分析Wnt-11及Ror2在宫颈正常组织和宫颈病变组织中的表达情况。结果 Wnt-11在宫颈癌及宫颈病组织中表达强度明显高于正常组织(P=0.030,0.006),与临床FIGO分期(P=0.020)、淋巴结转移(P=0.033)、人乳头瘤病毒(P=0.023)密切相关,差异有统计学意义。Wnt-11和ROR2基因在宫颈癌变及宫颈癌前病变组织中表达强度明显高于正常宫颈组织表达(P=0.002,0.039;P=0.000,0.014),差异有统计学意义。Wnt-11 mRNA与ROR2 mRNA表达与临床FIGO分期(P=0.000,0.000)、人乳头瘤病毒(P=0.008,0.011)密切相关,差异有统计学意义。Wnt-11 mRNA与ROR2 mRNA在宫颈癌的表达相关(r=0.826,P=0.000),差异有统计学意义。结论 Wnt-11、ROR2在宫颈癌中表达增强,其表达强度存在相关联系。Wnt-11、Ror2在宫颈癌的发生、发展过程中起重要作用。Objective To determine the expression and significance of Wnt-ll and receptor in human cervical carcinomas. Methods and Real-time PCR method were used to detect the expression of Wnt-ll and ROR2 in 43 malignant tumors, 15 be- nign tumors,and 27 normal cervical. The correlation of Wnt-llwith ROR2 and the association of their mRNA levels with clinicopathological parameters were analyzed. Results The expression of Wnt-11 in cervical cancer and benign tumor was higher than that in normal tissues (P =0.030,0.006 ). The expression of Writ- 11 is closely related to clinical FIGO stage (P =0.020), lymph node metastasis (P =0.033 ), and HPV (P =0.023 ),all the differences were statistically significant. The expression of Wnt-11 and ROR 2 mRNA was higher in cervical can- cers and benign tumors as compared with normal control gToup(P 〈 0.001 ),the difference was statistically significant.The expression of Wnt- 11 and ROR2 was statistically correlated with FIGO stage (P =0.000,0.000) and HPV (P =0.008 ;0.011 ). Wnt-11 mRNA expression had correlations with ROR mRNA expression (r =0.826,P =0.000). Conclusion Wnt-11 and ROR2 mRNA are highly expressed in ovarian carcinomas.They might play an important role in cervical carcinogenesis.
