摘　　要：中国社会正在经历一场剧烈的社会变迁。社会管理正在从传统的政府单方面管制型向政府和社会组织多方合作、社会自我管理、各方共同参与的合作型方向发展和转变,从社会管理到社会领导,这是一场社会管理的革命,也将产生一种新的社会领导力。这种社会领导力的情境、主体、客体及领导方式将发生革命性变化。原来社会管理的单方政府模式已经弊端尽显,适应这种变化,就需要在加强社会管理中领导者的培养和选拔以及改变原来的评价模式等方面下功夫。Nowadays Chinese society is experiencing a drastic social transition. Social management in China is transforming from the traditional unilateral governmental regulation to co--operational management with multiple participation by the government and social organizations and self - governance of the society. The transition from social management to social leadership brings a revolution in social management and makes a new social leadership come into being. The context, subject, object and leadership style of such new social leadership will have a revolutionary change. In order to get rid of the malpractice of unilateral governmental regulation mode and adapt to the change, we should make efforts to cultivate and select new social leaders in social management and change the customary evaluation models corre- spondinzlv.
