摘 要:目的 :研究涎腺大嗜酸粒细胞癌的临床病理和免疫组织化学特点。方法 :应用HE、PAS、PTAH染色和免疫组化ABC法对 7例涎腺大嗜酸粒细胞癌进行观察。结果 :7例涎腺大嗜酸粒细胞癌位于腮腺 3例 ,颌下腺和舌下腺各1例 ,腭部 2例。组织学上检查见 7例均具特征性的大嗜酸粒细胞 ,细胞异形性明显 ,核分裂易见并呈浸润性生长等。免疫组化结果发现 ,5种标记蛋白在正常腺上皮和腺淋巴瘤中均呈强阳性表达 ;而涎腺大嗜酸粒细胞癌中α1 ACT和α1 AT为中度阳性着色 ,TF、LF和CEA则为轻度阳性表达。结论 :涎腺大嗜酸粒细胞癌具有特征性大嗜酸性粒细胞并呈浸润性生长 ,α1 ACT、α1 AT、TF、LF、CEA在大嗜酸粒细胞呈阳性表达。Objective:To study the histological and immunohistochemical characteristics of oncocytic carcinoma of salivary gland.Methods: 7 cases of oncocytic carcinoma of salivary gland were investigated by HE,PAS,PTAH staining and immunohistochemistry.Results: Among the cases, 4 were male and 3 were female. The avereage age was 49 years old. 3 cases occured in the parotid, 1 cases in submandibular, 1 cases in sublingual and 2 cases in minor salivary gland of palate. Investigated histologically, the tumour cells are characterized by oncocyte. The evidence of cellular atypia, obviousely increased mitoses and infiltrative growth pattern are indicative of malignancy. Immunohistochemically, α\-1 ACT,α\-1 AT,LF,TF and CEA were all strongly positive in the normal salivary cells and adenolymphoma, while in oncocytic carcinoma, α\-1 ACT and α\-1 AT were moderate positive and LF, TF and CEA were light positive.Conclusion: 7 cases were characterized by oncocyte and showing infiltrative growth, α\-1 ACT,α\-1 AT,LF,TF, CEA were positive in oncocyte.\;
