摘　　要：随着白内障手术相关技术的不断更新,患者对视觉质量的要求越来越高,人工晶状体(IOL)已由传统的单焦点IOL向具备矫正散光、降低波前像差、同时达到视远、视近都清楚、保护黄斑等各种特性的功能性IOL发展。以上新型IOL的问世使患者获得更好的视觉质量,但现阶段临床上使用的IOL与接近人眼自然功能的IOL还存在一定差距。总结分析具有不同功能的IOL的结构、功能、不足及临床应用的相关研究,有利于促进对IOL的合理选择及应用。With the development of cataract surgery,the request to visual quality of the patients become more and more high.Intraocular lens（IOL） change from the traditional single focus IOL to the ones with the ability of correcting astigmatism,reducing the aberration,achieving clear far visual and near vision at the same time,protecting macular,etc..The appearance of the above new IOL make patients get better visual quality,but there is still a certain gap between the IOL used now and the IOL with the ability more closed to the natural human eye function.Here is to make a review on the different aspects of IOL about structure,function,shortage and clinical application,which is beneficial to the reasonable selection and application of IOL.
