摘　　要：目的 :观察对周边部视网膜格子样变性进行预防性激光光凝治疗的疗效。 方法 :用氩蓝绿激光对 6 7眼周边部视网膜格子样变性进行全环绕式视网膜光凝术。结果 :术后 2 1眼随访 6个月、46眼随访 12个月 ,无一眼发生孔源性视网膜脱离。结论 :对伴有干性裂孔、玻璃体牵引、一眼已有视网膜脱离、无晶状体或人工晶状体眼的周边部视网膜格子样变性进行预防性激光光凝治疗是必需、安全和有效的。Objective: To observe the effect of laser photocoagulation on the peripheral lattice retinal degeneration.Methods: Sixty seven cases of encircled photocoagulation on the peripheral lattice retinal degeneration were treated with argon laser. Results: After laser photocoagulation, there was no rhegmatogenous retinal detachment during the later 6 months (46 eyes more than 12 months) follow up. Conclusion: Retinal laser photocoagulation is necessary for the peripheral lattice retinal degeneration associated with hole, vitreous traction, local detachment, aphakic eye or pseudoplatic eye to prevent retinal detachment, and it is effective and safe.
