九型人格理论在蘑菇管理阶段的应用

摘　　要：蘑菇管理是入职初期组织管理新进员工的一种方式。此阶段新进员工的表现是管理者配置人才的重要依据。文章以九型人格理论为基础,从组织角度分析蘑菇管理阶段新进员工的表现,以提高组织配置人才的科学性和合理性,并为新进员工度过蘑菇管理阶段提供建议。Mushroom management is a way which organizations used to manage the new employees in their early entry. At this stage, the performance of new employees will be as reference frame for managers to allocate talents. On the basis of Enneagram, this article analyzes the performance of new employees in the phase of Mushroom management from the perspective of organizations, in order to improve the scientificity and rationality of configuration personnel. And it provides suggestions for new employees to pass this stage.
