摘　　要：为了使教师与学生之间的双向互动交流更顺畅和直接,减少信息传递当中的障碍,从而设计开发出了基于WEB(即Internet/Intranet)平台的高校教学辅助系统,该系统分为三个模块:教师教学功能模块、学生学习功能模块、系统管理功能模块。本系统的设计使用,对促进高校网络教学平台的研究与实施有较好的借鉴价值。In order to make the two-way interaction between the teachers and students communication more smoothly and directly, and to reduce barriers of information transmission, thus we designed and developed a WEB-based （Internet/Intranet） platform for the teaching assistant system, the system is divided into three modules： the teacher＇s teaching function module, the student＇s studying functional module, system management function module. The design and use of this system have good reference value to promote the research and implementation of university network teaching platform.
