摘　　要：针对我国职业教育国情,在国家扩大内需,重点支持技术密集型产业发展的背景下,职业教育就是国家产业人才的摇篮。但是,在我国高职院校师资队伍建设问题是一个重大课题。这个问题解决得好,可以成为教育界为社会转型、改革的深入提供的有力支撑。使我们的国家的产业结构从劳动力密集型向技术密集型迅速过度。本文主要对此问题进行了详细的分析和探讨。In view of vocational education situation in China, in the context of expanding domestic demand and focusing on the development of technology-intensive industry, vocational education is very important to training industry talent. It is the strong support for social transformation and deepening reform, and the transformation from labor-intensive industry to technology-intensive industry. However, the teacher development in vocational college exists many problems. Aiming at the problems in the teacher development in vocational college, the paper makes an analysis and discussion.
