摘　　要：阐述莲雾花和果实的化学成分及加工技术方面的研究,探讨莲雾加工中存在的问题及发展对策,为今后莲雾加工业的发展提供参考。In order to provide a reference for the development of Syzygium samarangense industry in future, researches are elaborated mainly about the chemical composition and processing technology of Syzygium samarangense flowers and fruits, and the problem in Syzygium samarangense processing and development strategies are also discussed.
