摘 要:探讨葡萄对断奶大鼠肠道自由基清除能力和抗氧化能力的影响。葡萄汁添加到基础日粮,连续28 d喂养断奶SD大鼠,测定体重增长率和肠道指数,血浆、肝脏及空肠中丙二醛(MDA)含量,以及过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和诱导型一氧化氮合成酶(iNOS)的活性。在14 d与28 d,葡萄能显著提高断奶大鼠体重增长率,对其小肠指数没有显著影响。14 d时,葡萄组断奶大鼠血浆中SOD和MDA显著增加;28 d时断奶大鼠血浆中的MDA含量显著降低。14 d时,空肠iNOS活性显著降低。实验结果表明,葡萄可提高断奶大鼠肠道抗氧化能力。To evaluate the effect of grape on the antioxidant of intestinal in the weaning rat. 32 Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomLy grouped to receive the diets supplemented with grape juice or not, for 28 days. Rate of body weight and index of intestine, the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT), the concentration of malonaldehyde (MDA) of plasma, the activity of the SOD, CAT and induced-nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), and production of MDA of liver and jejunum in the weaning rat were determined. The rate of weight body for the weaning rats supplemented with grape was significantly increased compared with control group at 14d and 28 d. The activity of SOD and concentration of MDA in plasma were increased at 14 d and the concentration of MDA decreased at 28 d. The iNOS activity in jejunum for grape group was significantly decreased compared to control group at 14 d. Grape can increase the antioxidant capacity of intestinal in weaning rat.
