摘　　要：莱克多巴胺是一种苯基乙醇胺类药物,属于β-兴奋剂,目前我国农业部公告已禁止使用。文章描述了酶联免疫法检测进出口肉制品中莱克多巴胺残留量,并从重复性、回收率和精密度三个方面对其方法进行验证;同时与液相色谱-串联质谱法的检测结果进行了比较和分析。Ractopamine is a phenyl ethanolamine drugs, belongs to the β-agonists.It＇s a substitute for ＂lean lean meat powder＂and banned to use by the Ministry of Agriculture. The article describes the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for testing ractopamine residues in the import and export of meat products, to verify it through three dimensions, that is repeatability, recovery and precision; at the same time compared and analyzed the testing results with the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method.
