摘　　要：运用问卷调查、访谈法等科研方法,对齐齐哈尔市冬季运动项目管理中心的21名专业教练员的执教能力进行调研。结果显示,教练员都有较高水平的竞赛经历,年龄结构合理,但是学历层次不高,科研积极性不高,严重影响到运动技术的创新,制约了我市冬季竞技体育优势项目向高、精、尖的快速发展。Using the questionnaire and interview, to research on the teaching ability of 21 professional coaches in Winter sports management of Qiqihar City. The result reveal that The coaches have high levels of competition experience, With the appropriate age, But their academic level is not high, and have lower initiative on research, These problems seriously affect the innovation of sports technique, restrict the further development of winter sports advantage in our city.
