摘　　要：目的探讨Solitaire AB支架取栓治疗急性脑梗死患者的效果及安全性。方法选取12例采用Solitaire AB装置取栓治疗急性脑梗死的患者资料,进行回顾性分析。结果术后11名患者血管成功再通(TICI≥2b或者3),其中2例大脑中动脉栓塞再通后存在高度狭窄,1例基底动脉栓塞取栓失败,患者死亡。术后症状性出血1例。10例术后NIHSS变化≥10分,30 d随访mRS<2分7例。结论 Solitaire AB支架取栓治疗MCA、BA急性血管栓塞再通率高,预后较好。Objective To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of mechanical thrombectomy with Solitaire AB stent in acute cerebral infarction. Methods Arterial embolectomy with Solitaire AB stent was carried out in 12 patients with acute stroke. The immediate effect after the treatment was analyzed retrospectively. Results Successful recanalization was obtained in 11 patients （TICI 〉2b or 3 ） ,2 of them were with residual luminal stenosis in middle cerebral artery（MCA） after the recanalization; 1 case with basilar artery（BA） stenosis was fail and died. 1 case was with postoperative symptomatic bleeding. 10 patients has a good changed NIHSS scores （ ≥ 10 ）. During the follow-up period lasting 30 days,7 patients had a good mRS scores （ 〈 2 ）at the time of discharge. Conclusion The mechanical thrombectomy with Solitaire AB device can get high recanalization rate and good clinical outcome in patients with MCA and BA occlusion.
