摘 要:目的探讨健康教育联合心理疏导对糖尿病伴焦虑抑郁患者心理状态的改善效果,提高广大护理人员对糖尿病伴焦虑抑郁的认识。方法将2011年1月-2012年1月在医院就诊的糖尿病伴焦虑抑郁患者70例随机分为常规护理组和心理疏导组各35例,常规护理组进行常规药物治疗与饮食、生活等基础护理;心理疏导组由经过专科护士培训的护士在常规治疗的基础上实施健康教育联合心理疏导干预,内容包括情感关怀、心理疏导和各项技能的培训等。进行为期4周的疗效的观察。比较两组在治疗护理前后焦虑、抑郁评分变化情况。结果治疗后,心理疏导组的焦虑评分为42.1±5.2,抑郁评分为40.3±6.4,而常规护理组的焦虑评分为49.6±4.7,抑郁评分为51.6±4.9。通过比较,两组SAS和SDS评分较治疗前均明显改善;治疗后,心理疏导组SAS和SDS评分均显著低于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义。结论在糖尿病伴焦虑抑郁患者积极治疗和基础护理的同时施以健康教育联合心理疏导有助于糖尿病伴焦虑抑郁患者焦虑、抑郁症状的减轻和缓解,提高了患者的生存质量。Objective To investigate the effect of health education combined with psychological counseling on mental state of patients with diabetes complicated with anxiety and depression. Methods Total 70 hospital patients with diabetes, anxiety and depression from January 2011 to January 2012 were divided into the observation group and the control group with 35 cases in each group. The control group received regular medication, diet, life and other basic care, while the observation group was given health education combined with psychological counseling included emotional care ,psychological counseling and skills training on the ba- sis of regular professional care. The SAS and SDS score was compared between the two groups after four weeks. Results After treatment, the anxiety score of the observation group was 42.1 ~ 5.2, depression score was 40.3 ~ 6.4. The anxiety score was 49.6 + 4.7 and depression score was 51.6 + 4.9 in the control group. After treatment, SAS and SDS score of two groups apparent- ly improved, but SAS and SDS score of the observation group was less than the control group. Conclusions Health education combined with psychological counseling on effective treatment and basic care for patients with diabetes complicated with anxiety and depression can effectively alleviate the anxiety and depression emotion of patients, increasing life quality of them.
