摘　　要：从导游专业人才培养模式构建、课程体系重构、实境教学和学生课外活动等方面,对该专业学生职业能力培养过程进行了探索,提出了全过程培养导游专业学生职业能力的观点,取得了明显成效。From the tour guide professional construction of personnel training mode, curriculum system reconstruction and reality teaching and students＇ extracurricular activities, etc. for the professional students＇ vocational ability training process has carried on the exploration, put forward the whole process of training guide students professional ability point of view, and has achieved obvious results.
