摘　　要：目的探讨老年性白内障手法小切口手术的效果。方法对582例（582眼）单纯无其它并发症的老年性白内障手法小切口手术术中、术后并发症及视力恢复情况进行观察分析。结果术后3个月视力恢复在0．5—0．6者占29．72％，≥0．7占68．72％。结论老年性白内障手法小切口手术治疗具有简便、快捷、对眼球扰动小等优点。术前各项检查应充分，加强与患者的沟通，减少并发症的出现，以减少术后低视力的产生。Objective To evaluate the effect of manual small incision cataract surgery for age-relat- ed cataract. Methods An analysis was done on 582 eases （582 eyes） of age-related cataract with no others complications. The intraoperative and postoper-ative complications and the postoperative vision were ob- served. Results Postoperatively, 173 eyes （29.72%） regained the vision of 0.5 - 0.6, and 400 eyes （68.72%） regained the vision of 0.7 or better at 3 months after surgery. Conclusion Manual small inci- sion cataract surgery is a simple and effective method to cure age-related cataract. Detailed preoperative preparation and effective communication with patients can lower the incidence of surgical complications and postoperative low vision.
