摘  要:目的:研究鼻咽癌组织EB病毒LMP1与TRAF1(tumornecrosisfactorreceptorassociatedfactor1)表达的关系,以探讨LMP1可能促进TRAF1表达的作用。方法:应用LMP1和TRAF1抗体对30例鼻咽癌和12例慢性炎症鼻咽粘膜石蜡标本,以SP免疫组织化学技术检测LMP1及TRAF1的表达。结果:30例鼻咽癌中16例是LMP1阳性(53.3%),17例TRAF1阳性(56.7%)。其中16例LMP1阳性中,TRAF1表达阳性为14例(87.5%),TRAF1阴性为2例(12.5%),两者差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。30例鼻咽癌中有5例带有癌旁上皮,其中3例癌旁上皮LMP1及TRAF1均表达阳性;1例LMP1阳性,TRAF1表达阴性;1例LMP1与TRAF1均表达阴性。而12例慢性炎症鼻咽粘膜LMP1及TRAF1均无表达。结论:鼻咽癌组织中LMP1阳性者有较高的TRAF1表达,可能由于LMP1的表达促进了TRAF1表达。Objective: To investigate the relationship between EBV encoded LMP1 and TRAF1 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma as well as its significance. Method: LMP1 and TRAF1 expression in 30 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue and cancer adjacent mucosa was detected with immunohistochemistry techniques. Results: LMP1 and TRAF1 were not expressed in chronic nasopharyngitis mucosa. In contrast, the expression rate of TRAF1 and LMP1 was 56.7% and 53.3% respectively, and the overexpression of TRAF1 was found in 13/16(87.5% ) of LMP1 positive cases. Moreover, TRAF1 and LMP1 was obviously expressed in paracancerous tissues in 3 at of 5 cases, and the expression of TRAF1 was negative in the other 2 cases, in which was LMP1 positive. Conclusion: TRAF1 expression may be induced by EBV encoded LMP1 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma, which might contribute to the development of the carcinoma.
