深圳市某院精神分裂症患者住院费用情况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析深圳某精神病医院精神分裂症患者住院费用,了解其住院费用构成,探讨其影响因素,并为相关部门提供政策建议。方法采用回顾性分析方法对该院2011年1 793例精神分裂症患者住院费用进行系统分析。结果精神分裂症患者平均每出院人次住院费用为9 978元,诊疗费用占46.9%,其次为床位费(16.5%)、化验费(12.1%)以及西药费(10.1%);住院费用主要影响因素是住院天数、年龄、疗效、参保方式以及是否发生院内感染。结论住院精神分裂症患者住院费用负担较重。从费用可管理看,急需通过完善医疗保障政策、扩大医保覆盖范围、加强疾病早期与持续干预、控制院内感染和减少医疗资源浪费等措施来降低精神分裂症患者住院费用。Objective To analyze the hospitalization expenses of patients with schizophrenia in a psychiatric hospital in Shenzhen,to investigate the constitution of hospitalization expenses,to explore its influencing factors,and to provide policy-related advice for the relevant departments.Methods Retrospective analysis method was used to systematically analyze the hospitalization costs of 1,793 schizophrenia patients in the hospital in 2011.Results The average hospitalization expenses of each discharged patient were $ 9,978,and the diagnosis and treatment expenses accounted for 46.9%,followed by bed fee（16.5%）,laboratory fee（12.1%）,and western medicine expenses（10.1%）.The main factors influencing hospitalization expenses were the days of hospitalization,age,curative effect,payment ways,and nosocomial infections.Conclusions The burden of hospitalization expenses of schizophrenia patients is heavy.As for the perspective of cost management,it is imperative to perfect medical insurance policy,expand the coverage of medical insurance,strengthen the early and sustained interventions,control nosocomial infections,and reduce the unnecessary treatment so as to decrease hospitalization expenses of schizophrenia patients.
